39th Annual Hansen Dam Ride Event

39th Annual Hansen Dam Ride Event, hosted by the Southern California Norton Owners Club

This event is the Norton Club-sponsored British ride out of Hansen Dam in Sunland. SoCal AMCA is invited to attend every year and usually we have a good showing.

You  ask, "Why should I attend??"  This ride is not just the biggest antique British motorcycle event in Los Angeles, or the biggest in California, it’s the biggest in the United States and probably England as well! Upwards of 800 classic bikes attend the rally, and to say its impressive is an understatement!!!

See message from SoCal Norton Club for more info...

The routes are through the mountains and are always on less-traveled roads. The ride, as always, is the first Sunday of November, leaving the Dam at 10:00 a.m. Anyone who rides a Brit bike gets a free ride pin!

**We got this in from the Orange County Motorcycle Club:
"The OCMC would like to invite any SoCal AMCA, and friends, on a ride to the Hanson Dam ride, November 4th (remember, that's daylight savings day!). Coffee and doughnuts 7am to 8, at the clubhouse, side stands up at 8. Any questions or RSVP's message our Facebook page (
